Hello, I’m Claire
I’ve been practicing therapy for over 15 years. One simple principle that continues to guide my work is this: people heal best when they feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware. They often understand their patterns in their heads, but still feel stuck in their bodies, relationships, or emotional lives. Together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
Therapy with me is collaborative and responsive to who you are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we pay attention to your nervous system, your emotions, and the parts of you that developed to help you cope. I meet you where you are, and we’ll decide together what interventions to utilize to help you meet your goals.
getting started
Reaching out for support is a powerful decision — especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in familiar patterns. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin.
There’s no “right” way to do therapy here. Your voice and boundaries matter, and your experience helps shapes our work.
I work with individuals, couples, relationships, families, and groups. Together we can restore connection with your body, your emotions, and the people who matter to you. We’ll work at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of your boundaries.
If you’re curious about what this could look like for you, I invite you to start with a brief, no-pressure consult. We’ll talk about what your goals are, I can answer any questions, and we will decide together if moving forward makes sense. I’m looking forward to meeting with you.
