Hello, I’m Claire

I’ve been practicing therapy for over 15 years, and one simple principle continues to guide my work: people heal best when they feel safe enough to be fully themselves.

Earlier in my career, I worked in hospice and palliative care supporting individuals and families through experiences of illness, death, and grief. That experience continues to shape the patience and care I bring to my practice.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware. They often understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel stuck in their bodies, relationships, or emotional lives. Together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

Therapy with me is collaborative and responsive to who you are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we pay attention to your nervous system, your emotions, and the parts of you that developed to help you cope. I meet you where you are, and together we decide what approaches and interventions may best support your goals.

getting started

Reaching out for support is a powerful decision, especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in familiar patterns. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin.

There’s no one “right” way to do therapy here. Your voice and boundaries matter, and your experience shapes our work.

I work with individuals, couples, relationships, families, and groups primarily through online therapy. Together we focus on restoring connection with your body, your emotions, and the people who matter to you. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and respectful of your boundaries.

If you’re curious about what this could look like for you, I invite you to start with a brief, no-pressure consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, answer any questions, and decide together whether moving forward feels like the right fit.
